About the Creator:

Marco Emilio Valle, MDiv. (VAW-yeh) is a multiple sales award-winning author and speaker with a deep passion for serving the medical aesthetic community. His unique philosophy and proven approach to “socially responsible selling” have helped medical aesthetic practices across the U.S. generate tens of millions of dollars in revenue growth.

Since 2010, Marco has served in sales, marketing, training, operations, and consulting roles for leading medical aesthetic manufacturers including Allergan, Galderma, and Merz. Marco has also served as sales director at dynamic med spa chains like Orange Twist, It’s A Secret, and Vitalyc. During his tenure at Galderma, he created national curricula as U.S. Sales Training Manager and served on the brand advisory boards for Dysport, Restylane, and Sculptra. In 2014 Marco wrote the evergreen marketing slogan for Dysport: "Natural-Looking, Fast-Acting, Long-Lasting," also known as "The NFL Message." In 2021 Marco founded Aesthetic Influencers Media, LLC, the first and only creative agency exclusively serving the medical aesthetic community, and dedicated to celebrating and promoting social responsibility in medical aesthetics. Two years later he produced the short documentary film, "Becoming BIANCA: Social Media and Cosmetic Procedures at The Crossroads." This acclaimed film cast a spotlight on the growing need for a more socially responsible approach to aesthetic sales consultations as a meaningful solution to the growing crisis of decreasing emotional wellbeing and self image among women and girls.

A Los Angeles native, Marco currently resides in Dallas, Texas, with his two wonderful teenagers (and spoiled cavachon).
